1.       Torque Battery which is purchased from the company should be sold within the specified period or as per the instruction from the company.

2.       If the battery is not registered within 2 months, warranty will be applicable only from the date of purchase from the company.

3.       For warranty management, dealers can use our website or mobile application which is about to launch to register the battery sold to the end customers.

4.       The batteries purchased are to be sold within 2 months and should be registered with the company through our website or with mobile application.

5.       If there is any difficulty for registration in our mobile application or website dealer can contact our service team and they can register the battery.

6.       Training for the use of our mobile application or website will be trained by our customer relationship executives for ‘n’ times on requisition.

7.       For warranty prorata basis kindly refer warranty card.

10.   To sale the recommended battery for particular vehicle you can use battery finder in our mobile app or website.

11.   We also introduced dealer locator in our website for customers to easily find our channel partners.

12.   Company will not entertain direct cash transaction. If happens so, company is not responsible. Kindly transfer the amount by NEFT, RTGS or payment Gateways available in our mobile application or deposit the cash to company account yourself.
