3. Ask Your Dealer what is the replacement warranty whatever battery you buy and the warranty you see in the casing or carton Boxes will not be the actual replacement warranty and the same is called Pro-Rata Warranty in which a part months will be a Full Replacement and the remaining is called Pro-Rata.

6. Make sure the above cases mentioned in 2.0 before buying your every battery
7. In-case if you get a Battery with very low pricing but with Good warranty mentioned in the battery or carton never forget to ask the dealer about the replacement warranty.
5.0 How to choose a right battery for your inverter load?
It always depends on the Backup timing that your battery needs to last.
For Example you need 2 Light and 2 fan to last for 6 hours in a day during power Failure.
First you need to calculate the watts you may need to use
i.e. ((2fan*60watts)+(2light*70watts))=120+140=260Watts.
The voltage of the battery will be usually 12 Volt.
Apply the below formula to get the required battery capacity
Power Requirement (in watts) * Back up timing ( in hrs) / Battery Voltage (in volts)= Battery capacity
i.e,260watts*6hours/12volts=130Ah
The capacity of the battery will be usally described in Ah which is Ampere/Hour.
So if you want to use 2 lights and 2 fans during power failure continuously for 6 hours you need a 130Ah Battery Approximately .
Here is a approximate wattage of the Loads for example
1 Fan – 70 Watts
1 tube light – 60 watts
1 CFL – 25 watts
1 Television – 120 watts
